Gymnastics:

Handstand Walk progression (work with tripod/handstand hold as a scale)

Intervals on each minute of:

Min 0-1: 12 thrusters (115/80) and 3 ctb pull ups
Min 1-2: 9 thrusters and 6 ctb pull ups
Min 2-3: 6 thrusters and 9 ctb pull ups
Min 3-4: 3 thrusters and 12 ctb pull ups

Rest 2 minutes (Mins 4-6)

Min 6-7: 12 power cleans (135/95) and 3 HSPU
Min 7-8: 9 power cleans and 6 HSPU
Min 8-9: 6 power cleans and 9 HSPU
Min 9-10: 3 power cleans and 12 HSPU

 

Plan B: (95/65) w/ Chin Over Bar Pull Up

           (115/80) w/ Hand Release Push Up

Plan C: (75/55) w/ Chin Over Bar Pull Up

           (95/65) w/ Hand Release Push Up
