Workout of the Day

The Outlaw-Jacobus Challenge.  Yes they both constantly talk smack.  Yes they both agreed to have a challenge WOD to end, or possibly increase, all the smack talking.  The rules: each of them got to eliminate one movement. The two eliminated movements were Muscle ups and Thrusters.  The workout is:

2 rounds for time

10 Hang Squat Clean (135#/95#)
15 Burpee-Pullups
20 2.0/1.5 pd Russian KB swings
400 m run

Plan B:

HPC (115/75)
RKBS (55/35)

Plan C:

HPC (95/65)
RKBS (55/35/25)
