Hi guys!! I hope everyone had a great weekend. We have some events coming up that I would like to keep everyone posted on.
First, this weekend there are the Faction Games in Memphis. Let me know if you’re going. The dealine to register is tomorrow.
Next, Jason Bourgeois and Melissa Horowitz are moving to New Orleans. My roommates and I will be hosting a CF Atl going away gathering on Tuesday, August 10th. We, thanks to Betsy, have lots of meat to grill and share. Please email me if you want to bring something. [email protected] All are welcome. We will start at 7:30.
Another going away party for Whitney. She is moving to Colorado. See event details here:!/event.php?eid=139337166096045&ref=ts
Also, stay tuned for details on Crossfit Atlanta’s 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY coming up in November!

Congrats guys! Yes, Harrison…that overhead position needs some attention. I’m taking your certification away.

Its just a funny angle. The position, like the rest of me, is perfect.
Weight in heels, hips completely open, load directly overhead in the frontal plane, midline stabilized, active shoulders.
Now that I look at this picture again, I kind of look like a 12 year old redneck. Thanks for picking this one, Dan.
