Workout of the Day

Before Class or in Warm-up:
Frog stand to head stand 5x
Support position on p-bars or rings, total 1 minute

Strength:
In 10 minutes find your 3 rep max Shoulder Press

Conditioning;
"Cindy"
20 minute AMRAP
5 Pull-up
10 Push-up
15 Squat 

Ultramarathoner destroys competition on low-carb diet.  Pre-race carb loading in endurance events may be on the way out.  Caution: very few people have made the metabolic shift from sugar burner to burner in the aerobic pathway.
