Make Up Day: Make up a missed workout.  Make up your own.  Or try this:

For time:
30 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
75 Sit-ups
50 Push-ups
30 Front squats, 95 pounds
50 Back Extensions
25 Handstand push-ups
30 Hang squat cleans, 95 pounds
30 Knees to elbows
35 Dips
21 Snatches, 95 pounds
75 Sit-ups

    Today’s WOD as RX’d 35:06
    Lots of room to improve on that. Too much standing around and staring. Monday mornings suck.

    Brent. Did you do power snatches for the 21? Clearly the cleans are squat cleans, but I figured without prescribing it you could do power for the snatches.

    Definitely power snatches.
    I was pretty fried when I got to the snatches. Squat snatches would have been really tough.
    There wasn’t any one thing that was real bad. It was just the cumulative affect of everything.

    Well aren’t you two just peachy keen! It did suck. I did alright until the handstand push ups…went downhill from there.

    Just to be clear, that was my gum, because right around the thrusters, I decided I didn’t want it anymore. What you didn’t see in the video was that, when I bent over to pick up the bar again, the gum fell out of my sports bra onto the floor and I had to pick it up and reinsert it. Classy!!

    WOD, scaled, 1:01:16 — negatives on the HSPU, band for ring dips, and dropped back from 95# to 65# about half way through the hang squat cleans. That may have been the longest Crossfit WOD I’ve ever done.

    That workout Monday was a BEAST. Pukie after the snatches, and a little bit into my shirt around situp 14… lol~ Ken I hated you during that WOD-so today I did a WOD that took 3 minutes:
    9-6-3
    Deadlifts (275/185)
    Weighted Pushups (45/35)
    Sprint Row 150m
    Time was 3:22
