Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 candle stick roll to straddle stretch
4 x 5 p-bars swings – all the proper mechanics of a p-bar support hold apply. Stay in control of your swing.

Strength:
In 30 minutes work up to a heavy single deadlift rep with the “fat bar”.  For classes set up two bars – one mens one womens.  Rotate all athletes through a starting weight, then gradually increase weight and when an athlete cannot perform a lift, take them out of the rotation till last athlete makes his/her heaviest lift.
