    lunch time WODers, I am usually back here no later than 11:30, so those of you who would like to get in earlier than 12 you are welcome to. I usually have the gym open by 5:45-5:50 in the mornings, if enough people are interested and want it, I am willing to get here as early as 5:30. I just need the feedback. Thanks. -Mike K

    Can I just show up to the gym tonight to meet for the Invictus viewing? I haven’t signed up because I have been out of town. Have the tickets already been purchased? Is it too late for me? Help.

    first 20 get to go, last I saw there were only 5 signed up. I would suggest getting to the gym at 5.

    Leaving the office in just a few and VERY excited to shed a few tears in this movie.
    Three things: First, next Monday, we will begin a 100 day skill building challenge. It has to be something you’re not good at. For me, it’s a lot of things, but I randomly chose ring dips because I want my muscle up BAD. For you, it could HSPU or pullups if you’re having trouble stringing them together. The more people that participate, the more fun this will be. More details and rules to follow, but start giving it some thought. It does require commitment, ROB, so I’m guessing that some of you will be reticent. Don’t worry, there will be lots of moral support.
    Second, and much in the same regard, NYE is more fun the more people you know and are partying with. I bought two tix to the event Jonathan suggested today.     Third, Friday we will be having the gym social hour at my house again because it’s chilly in the gym and because I need major help drinking the lifetime supply of beer that is currently in my fridge. Thanks for bringing all of that!!

    21-15-9 HSPU,WTD. pullups. run 400M between in middle of each round: 14:51 was pissed because the dam vest kept slapping me in the back, so stringing multiple kipping pullups together sucked. I used 50lb, but wish I had lightened up significantly and just done strict pullups so i could have pushed harder. Lesson learned-put less weight on back of the vest!
    Any body that wants to do fran say, this weekend let me know, i’d like some company.
