Workout of the Day
Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats
Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.
Jake Rubash took 3rd place and a bronze medal in the 77 kg weight class at the USA Weightlifting Junior Nationals Saturday with a 250 kg total, 117 kg Snatch and a 133 kg Clean & Jerk. Congratulations Jake!
