5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    It’s a good site. It’s been cited by CF a bunch of times (along with drillsandskills). One of the guys from the site, nicknamed Beast, does gymnastics certs around where he lives.
    If you want to train one of the moves on there, put it into your warm up for 2-3weeks.

    I have my name on the board with a ‘1’ next to it. I had many failed attempts at the kipping HSPU, but the positive side to that are those attempts will hopefully contribute to future strength and progress.
