"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    It’s a good site. It’s been cited by CF a bunch of times (along with drillsandskills). One of the guys from the site, nicknamed Beast, does gymnastics certs around where he lives.
    If you want to train one of the moves on there, put it into your warm up for 2-3weeks.

    Mary. Seven rounds and two HSPUs. This is a PR from last time by two HSPUs plus I only used one abmat instead of two for the HSPUs.

    I have my name on the board with a ‘1’ next to it. I had many failed attempts at the kipping HSPU, but the positive side to that are those attempts will hopefully contribute to future strength and progress.

    Cindy: I was attempting chest to bar (first workout ever doing them) and got about 8.5 rounds. yikes.
