Workout of the Day

Trainer's Choice

Today's holiday hours: Open 9 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM.

This is on account of the holiday tomorrow which honors Martin Luther King, Jr.

"I Have A Dream"  (text and audio)  A very powerful speech that deserves rank with the Gettysburg Address.  Read text first.

We’ll probably be there by 8-8:30; so if you’re free, come hang out, have some cocktails and try to beat me a skeeball 😉 if anyone has questions – 314.440.0403.

I’m trying to figure out the evening hours — blog above says “4 PM to 8 PM. (Not open 6-9 PM)”; Facebook says “9am – 1pm and 5pm”. Can one of the trainers help me out here?

I *think* it’s normal hours tonight. I talked to Bethanie and she’ll be in for her classes. I also plan to coach mine at 7.

Thanks for clearing that up, Rob and Bethanie! At first, I thought it was a logic puzzle: “at a Crossfit affiliate in a land far, far away, some trainers always speak truly, and some trainers always speak falsely…”

Thank goodness. Now I don’t have to come up with an excuse for not getting you a going away gift.

Easy. Ask trainer A if trainer B will call him a liar.
