    First, hang cleans… now power snatches?!?! Has CrossFit moved away from the Dark Side away from those silly rounds-for-time? Haha, jk! Post your numbers! I want to see them.
    Rachel Wexel (my girlfriend) did her first CrossFit workout today at Emory. She did a scaled “Angie” (50s instead of 100s) and did it in 26:20. Very proud!

    I decided to work on shoulder press (well bench press so I could one day do Lynne or Linda Rx and because my progress has halted on SP, but Ian convinced me to work on shoulder press w/ a goal of 3/4 BW).
    5 rounds of 3 reps: 20kg, 25, 27, 30 30
    30 was challenging but OK. What and when should I do this next?
    Then I did Christine: 3 rounds 500m row, 15 BW DL, 21 Box Jumps

    Could I write this Girl named WO on the board, then I could have my name on there temporarily. ha. I just looked this up again and realized its 12 DL not 15 DL so I did 6 extra. My short term memory is not great.
