Hands smoked, legs feel like lead, arms to sore to move, neck so tight that you could use it as a cutting block, butt is sore, forearms smoked, chest hurts, abs tight (but look good) and I think my teeth even hurt….God I love it…
By the way that shot of Amber looks like her starting dance move at the Pink Pony…..

13 something on today’s workout. I am happy with that given my debate about whether or not to make it in….every single muscle in my body is sore but for my calves and my butt.
amber, that was an incredible time. congrats. you do sort of look like flash dance in that picture…quick, someone get a bucket of water and dump it on her!!

It’s going well, thanks for asking. I have made some pretty creative stuff over the past few weeks. Last night was shrimp with onions, bell pepper, avacado (a staple at this point) and cashew nuts with a red curry sauce. Ate it again for lunch today. Also, the BEST desert in the world is cashew nut butter with frozen, mixed fruit, pop it in the microwave for 30 secs, and then add just a touch of heavy whipping cream and joila. Totally decadent and satisfying in a way that healthy food normally is not. Yesterday my performance seemed to suffer a bit, so I may need to up my caloric intake, but otherwise I feel great. Most profound change is no stomach problems. I was the queen of the “food baby” bloat after eating, and I don’t have that at all anymore. Bye bye GLUTEN!!!

Thanks, as if I needed to be any more “fatist” than I already am…now I am going to be one of those people that wears a mask on the airplane.

I haven’t seen this site mentioned on the blog, but since everyone is talking about nutrition around the box these days:
    http://cfscceat.blogspot.com/
This is a blog hosted by one of the Santa Cruz Crossfits that just posts zone recipes. You won’t find it to be gluten free, but it goes pretty far in that direction, all of the recipes are easy (most use just s few ingredients), and they scale down well if you are cooking for one. I’ve been using this site for recipe ideas for a couple of months now.

    HI ALL!
I’ve been slammed and slack about writing. All is well here so far. Miss everyone a whole bunch! Work is work and the computers are slow. Can’t always have the best I suppose… Anyway, I’ve started going to Crossfit Fairfax since I can’t miss the torture of the wods. Although CF Fairfax follows 5 days on and two off. We’ll see how that goes.
    Hope everyone is doing well!
    See ya! Curly. (Chris)

damit. I wish you hadn’t told me that “dessert”! lol …But I don’t see any reason why we couldn’t pop the heavy-whipping-cream in the freezer to make some pseudo ice-cream right?! (shoot I wish I hadn’t just thought of that)

I did the back extensions unbroken. between today’s GHD, doing 150 GHD Friday (mr joshua) and yesterday Barbara, that is the most in a span of a few days even done for “core” or ab.

It will still undoubtedly be something that I strive for for a long time. Thank you so much to everyone who continually pushes me and encourages me, I have come a long way thanks to that. I must say though that it feels good that for once I get to be the rabbit that everyone is chasing. It feels damn good.
