Workout of the Day

Strength:

Bent over row 5×5 superset with 5×5 strict pull ups.  Rest two mins between sets.

Conditioning:

Get as many laps (50m down/ 50m back) of a 180lb (4x45lb plates) prowler push in 10 minutes then go right inside and do one max set of muscle ups.
