    Back on “crossfit strength bias” after a week off. Two weeks of CFSB wiped me out, so I backed off to a couple of rest days and a couple of main site workouts last week. Tonight: 5×5 low bar back squats @ 90kg.
    Can’t wait to hear more about the games from the folks who went.
