Workout of the Day

During Warm-up:
3 x 20 seconds hold in support position on p-bars or rings
3 x 20 seconds hold in deep dip position on p-bars or rings (thumb should tickle armpit)

Strength:
In 10 minutes work up to 85% 1 RM Deadlift

Conditioning:
Team Chipper WOD from the Games

30 GHD Sit-ups
30 Deadlifts (225/155)
30 Double Unders
30 Overhead Squats (95/65)
30 Pull-ups
