Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
3 x 15s support hold on rings (Rx) or p-bars (scaled)
– elbow pits forward, chest up, shoulders back and down

Strength:
10×1 Deadlift on the minute

Conditioning:
5 rounds:
3 muscle ups
6 box jumps 36"
9 wallballs 12' (20/14)
Rest 5 mintues:
3 mins of double under
