Are people completing this WOD Rx?
    What is a good time.
please don’t refer me to the leaderboard of the crossfit games, I would like to be somewhat realistic.

Rob, Leah A., and I did this yesterday, all Rx; times were like 23 for Rob, 29 for Leah, 34 for me.

“This nutritional plan is totally unlike those irresponsible, low-carbohydrate, high-fat, fad diets that allow unlimited consumption of artery-clogging cheeses, bacon, butter, and fatty meats.”
This is why the Paleo Diet, as promulgated, is a joke. It isn’t based on the best research. Taubes settled the debate on fat and anybody who pretends that cavemen nicely trimmed off the fat off of the woolly mammoths they killed (or that the Inuit didn’t eat whale fat) is a complete moron. Cordain needs to jump off the low-fat bandwagon and get with actual evolutionary science, not some evolutionary model that caters to conventional wisdom, the American Heart Association, and Gerald Ford’s “Dietary Guidelines.”
