Before Class or In Warm up: 
Total 2 minutes in support position on p-bars or rings

Strength:
In 20 minutes, work up to a heavy deadlift double.

Conditioning:
5 rounds for time:
7 deadlift (275/185)
7 burpees
7 over box jumps 30" (your feet can touch top of box)
