    So, Erin tore me up this morning. Apparently I enjoyed slamming the dumbbell down on my left shoulder, only. Feels great right now.
    Plus, my right palm ripped..not bad, but enough to make me do pullups on my fingertips for the 4th and 5th round.
    Used 25lbs dumbbells, 27:11. Yuck.

    Erin sucked the life out of me this morning. 25lb dumbbells in 28:51. Ouch. Heidi’s post makes me feel better. LOL. Especially because she got a MUSCLE UP this weekend. Congratulations again, girl. For those of you that missed Amber’s performance, it was amazing, she’s a star; and, we made a new friend in Toby.
    Saturday I ran a 5k at the track with my TRI friend. It was tough, but we finished in 25:22.

    been a while since i posted my wods. I need to do it because ever since george ate my workout log I haven’t been writing stuff down…
    Barbara RX: 32 something not including breaks
    CFT: BS-90k (5 less than my PR), DL 100k (1k less than my pr) SP-45k (5k pr)
    Fran RX- 5:15 (about a 2.5 min PR)
    Last chance qualifier wod RX- clean, pull up, kb ladder: 20:15

    you are welcome…makes me feel better that my time wasn’t so far off…I considered the possibility that something might be physically wrong with me during this workout. it was sucky.

    Started out by running 1.66 miles (from my house, route around the park, back to my house).
    Then I did “Chelsea” but subbed sit-ups for pull-ups since I don’t have a pull-up bar at home.
    “Chelsea”
    30 minutes, on the minute
    5 situps (instead of pull-ups)
    10 pushups
    15 squats

    So I actually really liked this workout, but I royally mucked it up by
    a) forgetting a sports bra
    b) not realizing until halfway through my second round that I was supposed to start at the shins
    c) ripping like crazy
    Just adding to my list of re-dos! 🙂

    I also got a torn callus and a few un-popped blisters but not too bad that I still was able to have a regular grip for pull ups.
    Whats the difference between starting at the shins and the floor? I had a few reps starting from the shins but I heard a voice say we need to start from the ground (when I start a workout I don’t have proper comprehension so I might be wrong in what I heard)

    This was absolute hell for me, one of the worst in a longg time. Saturday was a wake up call that I have really falled off the horse in the past couple months- and getting back on is hard. I started ripping in the 3rd round and by the end I was down to 1 at a time and bleeding all over the bar. I haven’t ripped this bad in about a year. Ouch.
