Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
30 shoulder touches (feet on wall or on box)

Strength:
10 minutes
1 deadlift every minute on the minute

Conditioning:
"Diane"
21-15-9 
Deadlifts
Handstand Push-ups
(8 minute time cap) 

Rest 5 minutes

3 min AMRAP:
Burpee over box jump (24"/20") (jump on top and over or all the way over, no requirement of hip extension)
