Travis snatch PR at 150kg

Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 full kb swings (soft elbows, shoulder up in ears at top)
5 single-arm eye-level kb swings with each arm (soft elbow, shoulder back and down at top)
10 kb snatches with each arm (shoulder up in ears at top)
30 handstand shoulder touches – stomach towards wall, shoulders up, hollow body position, toes pointed, head in (ears between your arms).  Only your toes should touch the wall. 

Strength:
10×2 Deadlift on the minute (use 60-75% your max and focus on acceleration after bar leaves floor)

Conditioning:
5 rounds
5 Deadlift 275lbs
10 burpees

Rest 5 mintues:

Then EMOM for 5 minutes:
12 GHD situps
