Workout of the Day

Open WOD 14.2, or

Strength:
15 minutes
Work up to heavy set of 3 deadlifts

Conditioning:
20 minutes
Row 1 min max distance
Rest 1 min

On the rower, press "Menu", then "Select Workout," then "New Workout," then "Interval:Time" then set to 1 min work, 1 min rest.  To look at results, press "Menu," then "More Options," then "Memory," then use up & down arrows to navigate to your workout.  It will show total distance for the 10 intevals, and data on each interval.
