To repeat my question from last night:
Are any of the trainers doing Dead Nancy today outside in the nice warm sunshine rather than War Frank (which involves 75 muscle ups)? 🙂

Is anyone going to Flowery Branch this Saturday 3/13 for the Team Ga. Weightlifting Open Championship?
    Anyone interested in carpooling?

    Hi Stephanie,
My 5pm and 6pm classes will be doing “War Frank” (majority of people will have to scale it). Although there are very few people who can (or should) do this workout as prescribed, the hero workouts are a foundational part of CrossFit and something we, as a gym, like to do in groups- all part of the experience and what they are meant for.
    sorry!!

I’m thinking of going. I need to look at the details again, but carpooling is a great idea.

From which part of the manual did you just quote that response?
