Make Up Day: Make up a missed workout.  Make up your own workout.  Or try this:

3 rounds for time:

25 Knee to Elbow
50 Squat
15 Pull-ups

If you hate running, or have suffered repetitive motion injuries from running it's probably because you have bad technique.  Learn to run correctly at our Running Clinic.  The first session starts Wednesday evening.

Registration for the 2009 CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup, to be held July 10 & 12 in Aromas, CA begins today.  CFATL will register a team.  We need 3 male and 3 female competitors.  Sign up on the whiteboard.
