Congratulations to our team which finished second at the South East Regional and has qualified for the CrossFit Games for the 5th time, and to Christine Chuang who put in an amazing effort in the individual competition.  This means we have sent individuals or a team to the Games every year since 2008.  Rob & Andy Miller, Mike G. Bethanie G, Kylie Craine, Leah Polaski, Christine, you inspire us all.

After a slow start on day one CFATL came back strong on day two with finishes of 2nd, 2nd, and 1st in events 4, 5, & 6 which moved them into 2nd place, which they held onto grimly on day 3.  Woohoo! 

Congratulations also to CrossFit Adrenaline, the 1st place team.  You were awesome.  And to CrossFit Hard Core who are back at the Games.

We will be closed Saturday, May 17 while hosting the CrossFit Mobility & Recovery seminar.  Normal hours on Sunday.
