Before Class or In Warm up:
Total 3 min in the Squat Stretch, a/k/a The Paleo Chair 

Conditioning:
“Fight Gone Bad”
3 rounds for total reps of 1 minute each exercise, each round, rotate immediately, clock runs continuosly

Wallball (20/14 lb, 10 ft)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55 lbs)
20” Box Jumps
Push Press (75/55 Lbs)
Row for Calories

1 min rest between rounds
