Three rounds for time of:
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
20 Pull-ups

    Hi guys, I’m back from my first weekend as an official member of the HQ certification team. I am having so much fun doing it and have all of you to thank for always being my guinea pigs with coaching, so thank you!
    Anyway, reminder that this Thursday is paleo night. Sign up sheet for reservations is on the front desk.
    We are closed this weekend for the mobility cert with Kelly Starret.
    Next week we will have normal hours Monday through Wed. We will be closed Thursday and have special hours the day after Thanksgiving with possibility of a flag football game (please reply to this if you’re game for that).

    Y’all need to do a Flag Football game again later this year or to bring in 2011… I won’t be here for Thanksgiving weekend

    I second Pablo’s request. I would love to play some flag football. maybe we could start making it a weekly thing on sunday mornings? anyone else interested?
    In other sporting news… we missed out on a fall basketball league to get a CFATL bball team. Tasha, Mike P, and others have promised to help me keep an eye out for leagues that will start the beginning of 2011, so anyone interested or in the know as far as possible leagues, please let me know! thanks
