50 Hollow Rocks, scale as needed

1 min plank pushup hold, 3 sets.

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

Practice perfect set up for deadlift.

Holiday hours: Closed Thursday, open 10am -1pm Friday with Pukie Bowl Football game at 2 (if you're playing please meet at gym between 1 and 1:15), closed Saturday and Sunday Nov. 27, 28 for level 1 seminar.

    @Brandon: for your powerlifting meet on Dec. 4th, will you know the approximate times you’ll be lifting ahead of the event? Or do they just keep adding weight to the bar and you take your turns? I’m looking for a little guidance on the best time to come out for an hour or two to watch/cheer.

    Steve, Im sure it will be an all day affair. The order of events are squat, bench, and deadlift. Each lifter gets 3 attemps at each movement before moving on to the next movement. So, I imagine, squats will be in the AM, bench around 11 or 12, and deadlifts around 2 or 3. Now this is just an estimate, could go longer or maybe even less, but Id err towards it taking longer, not less time, lol…
