CrossFit ATL 4195
Brian Mackenzie, CrossFit Endurance, leads a dynamic stretch at the CrossFit Endurance seminar Sunday.  Try it at home: walk about 10 yards on your hands and feet in this position, legs straight, back extended (notice many rounded backs), heels on or close to the ground, then  turn and walk backwards 10 more yards in the same way.

Workout of the Day

Run 5K.  Or come to the gym for a surprise.

I am sorry to disappoint- but I am going to follow in Bethanie’s footsteps and become a hard ass.
My 6:45 group will be running tonight. I will be happy to go over pose technique + drills if there is interest. As for how far and how long you will be running…I guess you will have to show up to find out.

Filthy Fifty in 19:14. Nowhere near Ken’s time… not bad for an old man.

I forgot to tell you I used my cane during lunges. This may have helped my time.

Rob, Vas said your time was in the 13’s, so we were close. Did my muscle ups all full turn out/extension. It definately slowed me down once I lost grip and was slipping, but it felt MUCH better than during Nate where I blew up on the muscle ups. A a few more times and I think I will be used to the full turn out…

Haha. That sucks! looks like your faster MU and my faster SDHP cancelled out evenly on this one…

I saw on the main site that Speal did this in 9 something. So we all have a ways to go!

Puked like it was my job right before the wall-balls during the Filthy 50 today. Between the dry-heave aftershocks and the headache/dizziness the walls-balls ended up taking a lifetime to finish…and they weren’t pretty. On the bright side my double-unders are finally coming along.
    Filthy 50 Rx: 43:00.
