Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 candle-stick-pancake stretches
30 bicycle kicks on parallettes (15 each leg)
Walk 2 laps on p-bars (forward and backward)

Strength:
Tabata Deadlift (at 70% your 1 RM, or no higher than 315# for men and 205# for women)

Conditioning:
“Karen”
150 10’ Wall Ball (20/14)
