Workout of the Day

Five rounds for time of:

6 Handstand push-ups
12 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
24 Weighted walking lunges
35 pound dumbbells

Exercize is good for the brain.

Remember, new AM class times are 5:30, 6:30, & 7:30
