Workout of the Day

PartnerWOD (one team member performs a full round of power cleans and burpee-pullups then tags second partner who performs the same number of power cleans and burpee-pullups while partner 1 rests.  This continues sequentially and in each subsequent round both partners increase burpee-pullups by 1 rep).

 

12min partner AMRAP

Partner A: 3 power cleans (225/145), 1 burpee-pullup
Partner B: 3 power cleans (225/145), 1 burpee-pullup
Partner A: 3 power cleans (225/145), 2 burpee-pullup
Partner B: 3 power cleans (225/145), 2 burpee-pullup
Partner A: 3 power cleans (225/145), 3 burpee-pullup
Partner B: 3 power cleans (225/145), 3 burpee-pullup
Partner A: 3 power cleans (225/145), 4 burpee-pullup
Partner B: 3 power cleans (225/145), 4 burpee-pullup

..continue this pattern until 12 min time cap is reached

Notes:  If done without a partner, you should complete each round with 1:1 work/rest ratio.  PC weight should be HEAVY!!  Consistent "touch and go" reps are too light.  Coaches, make sure everyone chooses weight appropriately.
