"Tabata This!"

Tabata Row
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Pull-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is "calories".

    great work everyone that came in today and suffered through “Tabata This!” We had Lachlan, Doobie, and Adrian all hovering over trashcans after the WOD at lunch time! Great intensity by everyone! Adrian 52, high score of the day with an easy 20 on squats w/ perfect range of motion and form

    Hey nooners .. you need to stop this puking business and get with the program — you need to sandbag it just like the rest of us ! dammit
    IS the pic on today’s blog old ? because the Brandon I saw this weekend looked like he could pull a tree out of the ground with his bare hands– I don’t know what the hell he’s been lifting – but he definitely looks different than the pic above
    oh and Mikey Mac what are you in for ? petty theft ? lewd behavior ? I mean that photo is from a police line up right ?

I guess I am just getting accustomed to you dominating wods! speaking of domination (shout out to Rich Z), where were you this morning when it was time to balance the snatch!?
