Workout of the Day

Recommended Strength Training:
10 mins to find 1RM Push Jerk then

EMOM run a 10m shuttle or “Death by 10 m shuttle run”
Min 1: 10m run (one way)
Min 2: 20m shuttle (there and back)
Min 3: 30m shuttle (there, back, and there again)
Add a 10m length each minute, until you're unable to complete the distance for the given minute.
