Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Toes to bar
10 Box jumps, 24" box

    Yes, I know it’s only Monday, but if you are a Saturday AAL team hosting at CFATL THIS WEEKEND (10/8), please email me so we can start coordinating start times, equipment, etc.
    Also, WE ARE CLOSED next weekend for a cert (10/15 and 10/16)… so if you are scheduled to host that day, please get with James/your opponent to make alternative plans.
