    Great video, Scott! I’m not sure how, but that was my first Grace (reviewed all workout logs and beyondthewhiteboard). It appears that last rep felt heavy.

    1st. No one commented on how much bad technique was on display. You guys have got to stop pulling early! Who the hell has been coaching you?
    2nd. Several folks started out with push presses, or thrusters, and ran out of gas at the end. Jerking from the start saves the arms from later burnout. Learn the push jerk, fool. It’s more powerful than the push press, and almost as fast, and when the push press becomes an agonizingly slow press out it’s much faster. But don’t worry, you’re in good company with this mistake. Josh Everett lost his lead in the final seconds of the 2009 Games because of it.
    Good technique means less effort, faster times.
