The Level 1 Crossfit Certification held at our gym this weekend. Congratulations to all the new trainers.

Workout of the Day

Ten rounds for time of:
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
15 push-ups

This Thursday, October 7 the 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm classes will take place at the Lululemon Buckhead store at 6:30pm. Bring your friends and family even if they have never done CrossFit before. See details here.

    BIG THANKS to Mike and his team this weekend for THE best training seminar I’ve ever attended…with the exception of Chuck calling me an “athletic male” in front of the entire class (WTF)…. On day two’s workout in the parking lot, I smashed my chin into the road, and I knew I was hooked to CF when my first thought was, “Im a badass.” Thanks for your humor and motivation! -Rebecca, Auburn AL (Anyway you could post this to main webpage?     Just got back to Idaho…
    Had a great time at the class over the weekend, special thanks to J Mack(hope I got that right)for giving me the confidence that even with limitations due to old injuries you can still succeed at this. I got my cert!
    Thanks to all the trainers, group 6 people and all the others for their support.
