10 candle-stick-to-straddle rolls
10 pistols on floor (Rx) or on box (scaled)
1 rope climb without legs (Rx) or 2 rope climbs with leg assist (scaled)

Strength:
Bench Press 5×5 at about 75% your 1RM

Conditioning:

3 rounds for time:
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Burpees
