Workout of the Day

Before Class or In Warm up:
10 Wall Walks 

Strength:
7 sets of 1 clean and 2 jerks.  This is a technique drill.  Do not go over 80% of 1RM clean and jerk.

Conditioning:
3 rounds of:
50 double unders
25 power cleans (135/95 lbs)
10 burpees
