Clean & Jerk
Work up to a heavy single, approximately 90-95% capacity.  12 minutes.

4 Rounds For Time:
21 Wall Balls (20/14)
15 Pull Ups
9 Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 5 minutes, then
3 Rounds
1 min work/1 min rest, max meters on Watt Bike or Rower
