    Yes, it was a sanctioned race, and yes some woman worked me. Never ran in the sand before, pretty tough. This lady blew past me the last 400 meters, it was terrible.
    Saturday
    AMRAP 20 minutes
    12 135# bench press
    12 55# dumbbell swings
    15 rounds
    Not a bad workout for limited equipment and no capacity to drop weights. Good thing I am taking tomorrow off, I think they were about 2 minutes from kicking me out

    Mike, not too bad for a non-gymnast. I’ll worry about your toes once you learn how to extend and open your body.

    Then I’m done with this terrible project and I can eat, sleep, and workout like a normal human being!!!!!
