    I killed a treadmill today. At a tiny little hotel in the middle of nowhere, TX.
    5.72 miles @ 39:52…Treadmill started struggling, i think I smelled burning, and then the electronics completely froze up. The thing was taking a serious beating. I felt so proud. Then I got the hell out of there. (Of course after I punched the instrument panel a few times). And yes, there was a guy in there with his kids….
    Someone post how everyone did today if you can!

    Nice work, Ken. Crossfit: not just bad for globo-gyms anymore. Destroying under-equipped hotel gyms since 2009.

    Pretty fast Ken. Way to spread Crossfit’s contempt for machines.
    Today’s WOD as RXed:
    155#, 175, 185, 195, 205 (ugly), 205, 215
    Took it relatively easy today back home at the UC gym. 215 lbs is nowhere close to the old high school football PR of 295, but I was fat and slow then. I’ll take the trade-off.

    last 2 pull ups in 5 seconds that I had left. next time I hope the weather is not so hot, and I will keep eeking out pull ups till I actually fall off the bar (not till I fail a pull up).
