Pose Method Skills:
Balance 1 minute each foot in Pose position: support leg knee slightly bent, weight on forefoot, ankle of other foot beside knee of support leg, torso erect, belly tight, squeeze butt.
Jump Rope 3 min alternating single foot landing. Land in Pose position. Try to increase to maximum possible cadence you can sustain. See video:
