    100kg/110/120/130/140×3/100×2
    For those that missed it, Kulsoom set a new pr today of 91kgs for 5 reps. That was the longest struggle I have ever seen. Truly impressive.

    Yes, that last rep for 91kg was difficult. I was not sure I was going to be able to stand up and complete the rep. I had to channel in extra focus to not think about the struggle. It was very slow, but my back was ok so it was not “ugly”

    Well, I met everyone at what I thought was just going to be your average bar or club. Turns out it was my night to find out where strippers go to die, the Clermont Lounge. I can now put a check mark on the list of life goals next to “Get a lap dance from a 60 year old stripper.”
