In Warm-up:
Hollow Rocks

Strength:
10×2 clean grip deadlifts (use moderate weight and focus on speed off the ground)

Conditioning:

For time:
EMOM
4 Deadlifts (315/210#) at the top of every minute
Row the remainder of the minute until you have rowed 1000m

Workout is finished when you reach 1000 m on rower
