how did the hill run go? My bed felt so comfy this morning after oly lifting yesterday in the AM, and then the doubleunder-wallball-rope climb WOD in the PM. Im sure you all CRUSHED Stone Mtn. Well, maybe not CRUSHED, but I’m sure you all made it, lol. I’m headed to get a WOD in now…

Did The Chief today with Toby, Mike K, and Chandler. It was my first time hitting that WOD and I ended up in a puddle of sweat by the end. Sore tomorrow.

Oh yes, we also talked about having a CrossFit outting at the sauna. Several of us have been and there are cold, warm, and hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, and a bunch of different types of saunas at different temps. Any interest?
