Workout of the Day

In Warm-up:
Duck Walk in bottom of overhead squat with stick or empty bar

Strength:
EMOM 10 minutes 3 x touch and go Power Snatch

Conditioning:
5 rounds for time
50 double unders
15 overhead squats (95/65#)
