    I woke up this morning in bed with Bethanie, with no pants on, Queen on the floor next to us naked, blood all over the wall, and nachos all over the kitchen table.
    Does anybody know what happened to my integrity?

    CF total: 455 kg.
    Back Squat: 150-170(f)-170-180-190(f)
    Shoulder Press 70-75-77.5-80-82.5(f)
    Dead lift-150-170-190-195
    Shoulder press went up 5 kg, but my form was suspect (too much back bend, no knee bend though)
    First time over 1000 lbs.

    Hungover CF Total:
    BS: 82kg (first time maxing it out)
    SP: 37.5 (3.5kg PR from 12/1)
    DL: 95kg (about a 30# PR)

    Discovered that it’s actually chocolate all over the wall, not blood. Not sure which is worse.
    There are some parts of last night that will remain a mystery for eternity. One of those things being why Jonathan was in my bed.

    I think yesterday was easily the worst I have ever felt at crossfit in my life.
