Workout of the Day
Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy triple back squat

Conditioning:
From the Heraean Games, Thruster Ladder
10 minute AMRAP (start at light weights and make it as far as you can into heavy weights.  If you cannot do subsequent weight, perform as many bar facing burpees as you can in remaining time)
