    Made up heavy thrusters today –
    60/70/75/80/85/90/95 kg
    Tried 100, but my shoulders were starting to hurt and I was happy with what I had.
    Great job Laura today knocking out some serious pull ups on Nicole, and Erin and Derek on their “pregnant vs 20lb vest challenge”

    Got 95 today with Jonathan.
    I’m going to a new bar tonight – Milk and Honey, milkandhoneyatl.com – to watch UFC 94 GSP vs BJ Penn. COme out if you’re interested. Otherwise I’ll see everyone tomorrow.
    KBA, I thought of good drills for you to do to improve your oly lift skills. If you want to rest up tomorrow and just do some drill, no WOD, come on in.

    hey guys, i cant to stretch class tommarow, to much dance rehersal…. it will start in mid febuary though, if there are any superbowl parties later in the day let me know!
